For the convenience of our clients, we are pleased to allow the secure online payment of invoices and retainers. Please note that we currently only accept funds in Canadian dollars.

If we have received an overpayment or duplicate payment for an account, the payment will be applied to future accounts or will be refunded to you (as requested or as appropriate). If we are unable to refund electronically then we will issue a refund cheque to the person indicated as having made the payment. In the event that you wish to reverse or cancel a payment, you must contact us before 4 pm on the relevant business day. We will use all reasonable efforts to reverse or cancel the payment. We cannot guarantee that a payment will be reversed or cancelled, as requested.

The use of our online payment option constitutes your acceptance of the fact that it is at your risk solely and that Wilson Vukelich LLP does not accept any liability regarding the same.

The use of our online payment option does not create a lawyer-client relationship.

Invoice Payment

As a current client, please use this option to pay one or more invoice.

Retainer Payment

As a new client, please use this option to provide an initial retainer. In addition, as a current client providing new monies to be held in trust and applied in regards to future invoices, please use this option to provide further retainer funds.
