
Joanna joined Wilson Vukelich as a lawyer in 2026 after successfully completing her articles at the firm. Joanna’s practice is split between the Wills and Estates and the Employment Law groups.
Joanna is developing a broad practice of estate planning matters, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and estate administration. She assists clients with creating personalized estate plans that reflect their individual circumstances and objectives, including the preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorney, and inter vivos trusts.
Joanna also advises employers on employment law and human resources issues on a day-to-day basis. This includes the preparation of workplace manuals, and policies, drafting employment agreements, termination packages, and advising on workplace discipline.
Involvement & Recognition
Prior to completing her legal studies at Queen’s Law, Joanna completed a Bachelor of Art in History and a Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies in Human Resources Management at Western University. During her time at Queen’s, Joanna was a member of the Queen’s Law Journal.
In her spare time, Joanna enjoys hiking, snowboarding, animals and wildlife, and classical literature.
