Mithushan joined the Bank Financings and Real Estate/Financial Services group as an associate lawyer in 2024 after completing his articles at the firm. During his articles, Mithushan advised and represented clients in various litigation matters, assisted with complex real estate and financing transactions, and helped draft shareholder agreements and other commercial contracts.
Involvement & Recognition
Mithushan graduated from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law, where he served as an inaugural member of the Investor Protection Clinic, an officer of the Students’ Law Society, and a section editor of Ultra Vires. Prior to law school, Mithushan completed his Honours Bachelor of Arts at the University of Toronto.
Mithushan is fluent in Tamil. In his spare time, Mithushan enjoys traveling, reading, cheering for the San Antonio Spurs, and spending time by any body of water he can find.
