Parisima Zandi joined Wilson Vukelich LLP in 2012 as an associate lawyer. Parisima’s practice has a particular focus on the structuring, negotiation and drafting of lending transactions for asset-based finance and securitization transactions, aircraft transactions and factoring transactions.
Parisima started her career in commercial litigation handling disputes involving debtor-creditor litigation, inter-creditor priority disputes, personal and real property security enforcement, and bankruptcy and insolvency matters. Drawing from her extensive litigation experience, Parisima safeguards client interests by identifying and mitigating potential risks, as well as providing strategic and practical enforcement advice in the event of default.
Parisima has represented clients before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Court of Appeal, and the Federal Court.

Parisima is a member of the Ontario Bar Association, the Law Society of Ontario, and the Barreau du Quebec.
Parisima is fluent in French and Farsi and welcomes the opportunity to provide legal services to the Iranian and Francophone communities.
