John acts for clients in a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, licensing, shareholder disputes, and other general commercial matters. John has advised clients in many industries, and has been involved in sophisticated transactions dealing with information technology and intellectual property matters. John is also registered with the Canadian Intellectual Property Office as a Trademark Agent in Canada.
Involvement & Recognition
John is a Director of the Markham Board of Trade and a former Director of the Unionville Home Society. He regularly gives presentations on business law topics to select groups of business owners and executives.
John enjoys skiing, scotch, and spending time with his family. He also trains in Martial Arts.
